About the initiative
Built to remove barriers—and build pathways.
Red Global Initiative is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization built to remove barriers and create real pathways forward. We invest in youth sports access, education and digital skills, entrepreneurship and business knowledge, and rapid community relief—so more people can compete, learn, earn, and thrive.

Why we exist
Too many talented people are blocked by avoidable barriers—uniform costs, lack of tools, limited training, and sudden hardship. We step in with practical support and real education, delivered through trusted community partners.
How we work
A simple path from need to next step.
01
Identify needs
Listen closely to the barrier in front of a team, learner, entrepreneur, or family.
02
Fund & deliver
Put practical support, training, or resources in motion with trusted partners.
03
Track & report
Document deliverables and learn from the people and partners closest to the work.
What guides us
Good intentions need a working practice.
Dignity and respect
Meet people as whole people, not as a problem to solve.
Practical outcomes
Track what support makes possible: teams equipped, students trained, workshops delivered.
Speed with responsibility
Move quickly when needs are urgent while documenting decisions carefully.
Community partnership
Work with schools, leagues, and organizations that already know their communities.
Transparency
Share how decisions are made, where support goes, and what changes as a result.
Governance preview
Trust has to be visible.
Our board and operating practices are part of the work—not an afterthought. We share the basics so supporters, partners, and applicants know how the initiative is held accountable.
Accountability matters
We document the work so trust has somewhere to land.
Our governance, outcomes, and decision-making are part of the work—not an afterthought.
